Our story

RatedPower was founded in 2017 by Miguel Ángel Torrero, Juan Romero, and Andrea Barber, engineers and developers who'd seen the problem from the inside: taking a solar project from site identification to detailed design required a full team, multiple tools, and weeks of work —and still left better options unexplored.

The team set out to automate what didn't need to be manual. Site prospection. Feasibility studies. Layout generation. Energy yield modeling. BESS calculations. Substation design. Full technical documentation: All in one place.

Since joining Enverus in 2022, RatedPower has expanded that foundation. Users can now move from site identification in Enverus PRISM® straight into detailed PV and BESS engineering without switching tools.
